Christine
decide to study and teach the STOTT PILATES® method because
she had experienced its effectiveness first hand.
In
2004 she came across the STOTT PILATES ® method and noticed
a marked difference. " My muscles strengthened and other
people noticed my posture had improved. I ran my first half-marathon
in October 2008 aged 50, and my second in March 2009. I believe
that Pilates has been pivotal in strengthening my body, improving
my posture, and has enabled me to train and run safely and injury-free".
Studying
Pilates has also sparked her interest in using Pilates for post-natal
exercise and recovery.
