Having
studied the Pilates method of exercise for some years, it was
on discovering the STOTT PILATES ® method that Clare took
the decision to train as an instructor at the STOTT PILATES
® studios in Oxford. For Clare "...Pilates is the most
complete form of exercise. I feel it strengthens and tones my
body, keeps me flexibile, delays the ageing process and relaxes
my mind." Clare urges anyone who has not tried Pilates
to give it a go. As a form of exercise it suits almost everyone.
STOTT PILATES ® have created an extensive repertoire of
exercises with a huge array of modifications, enabling their
instructors to teach people from all walks of life. As a mother
of two young children Clare has now trained in pre and post-natal
Pilates.
