I
was introduced to Stott's Pilates through recommendations from
a sports masseuse. As a busy mother I wanted to strengthen my
back, alleviate migraines and generally tone my body up. The
moment I started Stott's Pilates Classes I was hooked. I have
always kept fairly fit but Pilates seemed to be only exercise
that offered a complete body fitness experience that I felt
I would never tire of. Since taking it up my posture has improved,
my abdominals have strengthened and I have more energy. Pilates
can be beneficial to everyone and as a Stott's Pilates instructor
I now wish to share my knowledge and use my experience to instruct
others.
