Ali is a passionate and dedicated teacher of Pilates.

After many years of enjoying Pilates classes, Ali trained in matwork and reformer with STOTT Pilates in 2012. She continues to attend conferences and workshops with some of the industry’s most respected teachers.

Her classes are always thorough and detailed.
