Pilates Esprit Refund Policy

Reformer courses and matwork class passes are non refundable and non transferable without prior agreement.

Part courses where only one or two have been used are non refundable. Class passes where the card has expired and the client has not used all of the credits are non refundable.

Private appointments and drop in classes booked online and subsequently cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment or class are not refundable unless in exceptional circumstances.

Pilates Esprit reserves the right to either, offer a refund, another class, or another appointment where appropriate.

Exceptional circumstances might be where the client has been advised by a medical practitioner not to continue with Pilates exercise, or where sudden illness or pain has caused them to have to cancel at short notice.
